Frequently Asked Questions

Can I custom order using a different font?

Yes. Our machines can literally cut almost any font. Just sent us a special request to jbsmith@modernaddressdesign.com, send the font style that you would like to use and let our factory do the rest. We cannot guarantee that all fonts can be manufactured but we will do our best!

Can I order letters in addition to numbers?

Yes. The majority of our orders are address numbers but we are able to accommodate most letter requests. 

Can I order different sizes?

Yes. We regularly stock 5' numbers and manufacture 10" and 18" upon request. If you need a different size, just ask.

Can I order using different materials?

No. At this time we are only working with aluminum alloy. This material is in regular supply, easy to work with and creates a high quality finished product at a reasonable price.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. We are most often asked about bulk orders for apartment buildings. We start offering discounted rates for orders above 150 numbers. Please email jbsmith@modernaddressdesign.com with a bulk order request so that we may understand the nature of the project and most importantly the timing. It takes time to manufacture bulk orders and our goal is to deliver on time and on budget.

Can Modern Address Design ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping rates vary widely between countries. Please email jbsmith@modernaddressdesign.com, with your order information and address and we will respond back to you with shipping rates.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We inspect every number throughout the manufacturing process and before each order is sent however are unhappy with the product you can return it for a full refund of the product price within 30 days.

Can I get free shipping?

Send us a picture of your installed numbers for us to post on our customer gallery and receive free shipping on your next order. Also, refer a friend and we'll give them free shipping as well.
